Deputies arrest two after home robbery and high speed chase

LOGAN — Deputies and troopers arrested two suspects a male and female, after a home burglary in Paradise and a high speed chase through the south-west portion of the county.

Deputies reportedly were called to the Paradise home on report of a man with a gun who had broken in. Two people inside the home were able to baracade themselves inside a basement bedroom until deputies arrived.

The suspects reportedly fled in a vehicle with an out of state license plate.

Deputies located the vehicle and began chasing it at speeds around 90 m.p.h. The vehicle continued into Logan on 600 West and stopped near the 200 North intersection.

Two people were inside the vehicle. The man reportedly had a holster and deputies later located a gun.

No one was injured.
