Utah State men’s basketball to appear on national television 18 times in 2015-16

LOGAN, Utah – Utah State men’s basketball will be seen on national television 18 times during the 2015-16 season as announced by the Mountain West Conference offices on Friday. The games represent more than half of the Aggies’ contest in the upcoming season.

USU will be seen on the ESPN family of networks a total of eight times, including the Aggies’ first-ever game against Duke on Nov. 29. The Aggies will face the Blue Devils at 10:30 a.m. MT on ESPNU. Utah State will appear on ESPN3 at New Mexico on Saturday, Jan. 9, at home against Colorado State on Wednesday, Feb. 17 and then at home against Fresno State on Saturday, Mar. 5.

The Aggies will round out their appearances on the ESPN family of networks at home against San Diego State on Saturday, Jan. 2, against UNLV on Tuesday, Jan. 19, and on the road at Colorado State on Saturday, Jan. 16 and at Boise State on Tuesday, Feb. 2.

Tip times and specific outlets for Utah State’s games mentioned above will be determined during the course of the regular season (generally a 21-day window).

Utah State can be seen on ROOT Sports seven times during the year, including road contests at Wyoming on Saturday, Feb. 6, at Fresno State on Saturday, Feb. 20, at Nevada on Wednesday, Feb. 24, and at Air Force on Tuesday, March 1. Aggie home games on ROOT will include UC Irvine on Saturday, Dec. 12, Air Force on Tuesday, Jan. 12, and Nevada on Saturday, Jan. 30.

USU rounds out its scheduled television appearances on the CBS Sports Network at home against Boise State on Tuesday, Jan. 5, on the road at San Diego State on Saturday, Jan. 23, and again at home against New Mexico on Tuesday, Feb. 9.

Fans should be aware that four home games have changed from a Wednesday to Tuesday and include Boise State on Jan. 5, Air Force on Jan. 12, UNLV on Jan. 19 and New Mexico on Feb. 9.

Utah State will host a pair of exhibition games against Oklahoma Panhandle State and Cal State Monterey Bay on Saturday, Oct. 31 and Friday, Nov. 6 before officially opening its 2015-16 slate on the road at Weber State on Friday, Nov. 13. The Aggies will open at home on Tuesday, Nov. 17, hosting Adams State.
