Serial burglar suspect to pay restitution

Aaron Foote, arrested as a suspect known as the Logan Lurker for a string of burglaries in student housing, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and must pay more than $10,000 in restitution. Foote must pay this restitution before Dec 13, when he is scheduled to enter a plea. Foote was arrested in February after a chase led by a police K-9 unit. He is suspected of robbing several student apartments by Utah State University, taking mainly electronics and cash. If caught by a resident, the suspect would pretend to be looking for someone and then leave.
