Governor Herbert to dedicate Proctor & Gamble plant in Bear River City

BEAR RIVER CITY, Utah (AP) — Utah Gov. Gary Herbert is scheduled to dedicate a Proctor & Gamble manufacturing plant in northern Utah. Cincinnati-based Procter & Gamble will employ 300 people making Charmin and Bounty products at the plant about 60 miles north of Ogden Herbert was scheduled to cut a ribbon in Bear River City early Monday afternoon. The plant was the scene of a construction mishap 13 months ago when a small section of the roof collapsed, injuring three workers.
